Tyler Lung came to my house last week to replace the seals around both doors. 2 days later, one door opener wouldn't work. Tyler came back this morning. Unrelated to what he did last week, the wires to one of the beam sensors were corroded. Tyler fixed connections in minutes. He is very knowledgeable and gets the job done fast. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and Tyler Lung for all your garage door needs!!!

Our old garage door finally died on us. We contacted Precision and they were at our house within 2 hours to fix the spring so we could use the door until the new one way installed. Two weeks later we had an amazing new door, opener, and pad. Everyone we dealt with at Precision from those in the office to repair and installation were friendly and professional. We couldn’t have had a better experience!

I originally called a firm we’d used prior; they could not service us for several days. We saw your firm on Home-advisor and you got us in next day! Travis was an excellent tech and a good representative for your business. Very professional yet friendly, he dispatched the work quickly for the agreed upon cost. I spent 35 years in customer service and you provide that well. I believe Alex scheduled us and she was also very pleasant and efficient. Bravo! We hope NOT to need service again soon, but would call no one but Precision.....

Jeff was our installer, extremely polite and called an hour beforehand. He showed up on time and completed the work in short order. We had a very old opener which could not be repaired so we purchased a new system. The price seemed a little high but I believe you get what you pay for. Excellent service overall.

I am new to Springboro and actually went to the store thinking I could just buy a new remote. I was greeted by Heidi. She was both very friendly and suggested a technician come out to check out everything. Adam came the next day and since my garage opener is 22 yrs. old checked everything out. I got my new remote and hopefully a little more life in my opener.

We had quite an amount of work done to our garage door - new springs, cables, drums, new Liftmaster unit etc. From the initial call to Precision when our door broke to having all the items replaced it only took 24 hours. We had a few issues with the operation of the system and Precision came out almost immediately to sort out the problems. Would absolutely recommend Precision on the basis that they were able to offer a service appointment quickly and took responsibility in following through on the issues we had to get the system operating satisfactorily.
