I believe the gentleman's name was Ray. He arrived about 8:30. He explained all that he was going to do and when he should be done. He replaced 2 garage doors, rails, cables, seals & brackets. He did an awesome job. He went over all that he did and cleaned up everything. He was out of here by 1:30. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

I was having trouble with my garage door opener for a while. Finally it stopped working, the door was off the track. I called Precision and they sent Chet over that day. He did a thorough assessment of my system. I had backed into the door twice, which bent the door, the plastic wheels were worn, the track was bent, and the safety indicator was blown. He recommended a stronger new door. Gave me numerous chances to ask questions, and answered them all.

Josh has been here and serviced our garage and openers on many occasions. He’s very professional and has always performed very well. The only thing I can find any fault with is your $130 automatic charge, just for coming to the house. I’m an 82 year old retiree and do very few things around the house regarding maintenance. Josh was here for about 10 minutes and he straightened one of the sensors that was misaligned. That was it. At the hourly rate, that would amount to about $780 an hour. Pretty hefty cost for people on a fixed income. I’ll think long and hard before I call Precision again.

From the moment I contacted them, to the service technician who came to look at the doors, to the order, and instillation top notch customer service, excellent communication.
