From the first call to call center, Chelsea was courteous, thorough, and pleasant. Technician Josh Voagl was also courteous and on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem in the complex linkage bolting, explained the situation and his course of action. He was a pleasure to deal with, and was insightful and informative.
