I chose Precision Garage door because a family member used you. She paid considerably less than I did and I’m still not sure why. I also am not sure why when I called to see if my door was in, you had it but no one called me?? Lastly, I wish I had been here when garage wall opener was installed and wanted it inside the porch where the old one was.

The last storm two weeks ago gave us a house shattering lightning strike about 1000 feet away where we lost power, then found that the garage door circuit board had been fried. Easy appointment to make, Rich arrived on time, testing out the floor sensors, wall pad, outdoor pad plus tested the circuit board directly and remote to no avail. No choice but to replace the unit. Rich worked well and completed the work efficiently, tested all components upon completion, then had me test as well, to make sure that I was satisfied. Well done. It was necessary work that was done well.

I tried a 24 hr. company to get it done the same day but was not impressed so I waited for your company. You were so much more professional on scheduling and communication. Rich, the technician, was also very professional and helpful. He actually looked at the problem before suggesting a new opener. He was ready to go (no waiting on an order). He did such a great job on the broken opener that I had him replace the second unit. Great job by all.
