Prompt, courtesy, efficient service. The spring on the garage door broke around noon on a Saturday and they arrived at 4 pm to perform the repair. The technician Rich explained everything and did an excellent job. Highly recommend them.

Precision Garage Door Service did an awesome job of repairing my garage door... Tech Ed Dombrowski is a real pro! My garage door was rocking back and forth within the rails when opening and closing. Making loud squealing noises as well. I was fearful the rocking was going to damage the actual door if not corrected. Ed quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problems. He replaced the very old worn and broken springs, door rollers and safety cables. I had him installed a new Door Opener as well because of its age and it had no safety sensors (a very old model). The installation was flawless and the door opens/closes very smoothly. The price was very reasonable. If you need garage door repair, consider contacting Precision. They know their stuff!

Your service is professional. A couple issues however. 1. When setting up the Keyless Entry Keypad, the homeowner must enter their PIN directly on the kepad. I feel I was 'coerced' into telling the installer (Ed) my PIN. 2. The homeowner must be given the option to keep the old parts.

We are sorry if you didn't have the experience you were hoping for. Our technicians are always happy to have you enter the code while setting up your operator. We typically ask the customer, sorry if that didn't happen here. Given that only about 1 customer in roughly 6,000 per year asks for the old parts to be left behind, our technicians rarely ask. Again, if you want our technician to leave the old greasy parts behind, please just ask, they are happy to do so.

Super easy to book with one phone call. I received reminders in my email, and an alert when, Ed, the service tech, was on his way... he even phoned me, bc he was running ahead of schedule. He inspected my old opener & all the mechanics, and explained to me why my opener was so loud, and how all the old parts were part of the issue. He showed me what he was talking about, and pointed out the good parts of the system as well. He explained the different options I had in openers and what they do. He replaced the opener & all the old rusty parts in about an hour. Ed was very friendly, and experienced. I feel as if I bought a quality product installed by a high-quality technician, who knows his stuff. I highly recommend you give Precision a call. Worth the money. I feel very secure with my purchase.
