I thought i was going to have to deal with my broken garage door for weeks but i was able to get an appointment the day after I called. My repair tech Chet was very helpful explaining what was needed to repair my door and then did the work quickly and when he was done he ran thru several test of my now working door and even explained to me how to adjust the door opener if needed, and thanks to Chets customer service skills I will be calling Precision again if needed
