I believe the gentleman's name was Ray. He arrived about 8:30. He explained all that he was going to do and when he should be done. He replaced 2 garage doors, rails, cables, seals & brackets. He did an awesome job. He went over all that he did and cleaned up everything. He was out of here by 1:30. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Service tech was great, I had a new opener installed along with: springs, bearings,cables,tract, rollers, everything but the door. The workmanship was excellent, but my invoice was not an itemized bill and I paid a flat rate for the job, no breakdown of parts and labor
