They told me my garage door was no good and quoted me 5400 to replace both doors when only one was having an issue , he said they don’t make this style door anymore so I need to replace both doors so they match . I called another well known company that’s been around for over 30 years and they fixed the door for $300 and told me that Precision door was trying to rip me off , he also said if he had to replace both doors it would be 3400 for both installed . Stay away from this company unless you want to throw money out the window .

I needed to have the opener programmed. I had asked over the phone for instructions and they said I needed someone to come. The programming took one minute. The serviceman was very polite but I could have managed with some instruction.
