While the technician was friendly, my problem wasn't solved. My issue was that an extension spring broke on one of my 3 garage doors and my doors seem to need an extension spring between 100 and 110 pounds. A 105 pound spring would be perfect without adding any weight, but since I can't find a 105 pound spring, I made an appt with Precision Garage Door to fix the broken spring and replace the other thinking being professionals that they would have some ability to weaken a 110 pound spring or better leverage a 100 pound spring, else I could have replaced the springs myself. But instead of doing what I requested and replacing the 2 springs, I was told that I needed what they call a "5 Year Extension Rebuild," that costs a whopping $2,620 per door! So with three doors, to fix a damn extension spring, this company wants $7,860! Obviously they must be busy and are only interested in quoting really big jobs. So, with no more than a cursory glance at your doors and rollers, they tell customers that they need these complete rebuilds, but it's total bunk. This is a scam and a waste of a $130 service fee. As it stands, I'll repair the door with 100 pound springs, replace any damaged rollers myself (if any), and will lube the rollers. They quoted $7,860 and all I wanted was two springs installed that cost around $40.00 for the pair. I kept looking for the hidden camera because this had to be a joke.

Your technician never showed up and he lied to me because he never came to the door and sent me a message saying that he was here. He also was very unpolite and unprofessional when I finally reach him because he hung up on me and told me that I had missed my appointment and that I had to reschedule because he was going to his next appointment. We had a 4 hour window that was change from 12 to 4pm to 2 to 6 by somebody in your office on Friday.
