I couldn't have asked for a better service technician than Chet I was in need of a new garage door opener and he delivered. In addition to the opener, we talked about general servicing and the last time the doors had been looked at. As it turns out the doors hadn't been serviced in a number of years. He brought a number of potential issues to my attention including some potentially dangerous issues. We talked through the various solutions and he was very transparent about the costs to me today, as well as what my expected future costs would be under the different scenarios. He promptly completely his work and walked me through the various aspects of the opener and made sure that everything was functional before leaving. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my decision to contact Precision.
