Josh has been here and serviced our garage and openers on many occasions. He’s very professional and has always performed very well. The only thing I can find any fault with is your $130 automatic charge, just for coming to the house. I’m an 82 year old retiree and do very few things around the house regarding maintenance. Josh was here for about 10 minutes and he straightened one of the sensors that was misaligned. That was it. At the hourly rate, that would amount to about $780 an hour. Pretty hefty cost for people on a fixed income. I’ll think long and hard before I call Precision again.

Really, really happy. The tech, Josh, was great. My door needed a new spring, roller, cable, etc kit. He had it in the truck and within an hour my door was working so well, I was amazed. I found out this is how a garage door is supposed to work.

We were having problems with our garage door and had used Precision door years ago for a service call so we called them up, made an appointment and Chet came out. He was absolutely wonderful. He went thru all our options available and did not push anything on us: he let us decide. We went with a new opener as we felt that was the best fit for what we needed. He installed it immediately and went thru all the operations so we understood. We never felt rushed as we asked questions. We also wanted new weather stripping and he immediately did that as well as with a smile and so courteous! In a world where customer service seems to be fading this is one company that exceeded our expectations from the initial call to the technician. Thank you and 10 stars!
