From the moment I contacted them, to the service technician who came to look at the doors, to the order, and instillation top notch customer service, excellent communication. The two men that installed the doors were incredibly neat, did not even know they were there when they finished. I had a problem with my remotes, unrelated to the door service. The gentlemen I spoke to walked me through a reset, and my problem was solved in minutes. I highly recommend this company they have been 100% responsive and professional.

Moved into our house 9 years ago and are getting ready to sell this coming autumn. The garage doors were in need of a major “tuneup.” Chet came down from Wallingford and it was obvious from the very beginning of our interaction that he was very knowledgeable and professional with regards to his services. The doors are now in better shape than when we moved in and have been reinforced for door openers should I decide to have them installed. Chet was also very efficient with his time and I and my wife were both very impressed with the final product.
