Door spring broke at noon. Called Precision. Tech arrived at 4:00 (including approx hour drive) and had it fixed before 5:00 saving our evening plans. Very pleased with service and professionalism.

Josh did an excellent job. He went above a beyond to complete a tough task. From setting up the appointment to next day carrying out the job, I was kept informed via text and email as to when to expect somebody to arrive. Price was affordable. Would recommend Precision and would definitely use them again.

The springs on my garage door broke and several parts of the system were replaced/updated. I appreciated that your company responded quickly and my door was repaired within a day. Chet Shrader, the technician, was competent and efficient. He explained all procedures done clearly, and was very courteous.
