I was having trouble with my garage door opener for a while. Finally it stopped working, the door was off the track. I called Precision and they sent Chet over that day. He did a thorough assessment of my system. I had backed into the door twice, which bent the door, the plastic wheels were worn, the track was bent, and the safety indicator was blown. He recommended a stronger new door. Gave me numerous chances to ask questions, and answered them all.

Precision Door was the only company willing to install a new garage door for us. Our garage had old, swing out wooden doors. A new door would not simply fit into the opening. Their installer took the time to do what was necessary for the new, beautiful door to fit our garage properly. We also had a garage door opener installed. The installer took time to explain every option for using this opener. Clean up was great, including removal of the old doors. We definitely recommend Precision Door.

This is the second time I've used Precision and I couldn't be happier. The tech (Chet) was punctual, friendly, polite, and professional. Assessed what was needed, provided all the options, gave his informed opinion, then set out to do the job, which he completed quickly while maintaining safety and high standards at a fair price. FYI: the job Chet did the first time he was here (almost two years ago now) maintained without trouble or need of repair; this time the repair was for a broken spring (that, incidentally, Chet suggested we replace the last time he was here). All around EXCELLENT!

I am very pleased with Precision Garage Door and am glad that I chose that company after reviewing several websites. When I called to get in the schedule, the person I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. I was given a 2-hour window for the next day. Chet was the technician who came out, actually a little ahead of schedule which was great. He was professional, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. The problem was a broken spring but I chose to replace the entire system since the one I had was very old. Chet went through the options for me to choose from. I am very pleased with how everything turned out.
