I am always skeptical of companies that charge a service fee just for coming out and providing an evaluation. And my second pet pea, if I may, is the fake persona that some of them use to convince you of their price or repair cost. It's not the money! I do believe in a fair price. Unfortunately, it has been my experience, that the price or the persona in these situations, has not been good. However, being that there is always an exception to any rule. When my garage door broke the other day, I prepared myself for the same old, same old. However, to my surprise when I called "Precision" overhead garage door service, they sent me out the most down to earth young man, who provided me with an estimate without all of the pretense. He was professional, worked with focus while maintaining a pleasant connection with my wife and I. This company really does understand the whole process of delivering the customer service package, along with the product. Thanks "Precision Garage" and a special thanks to you Ryan!

I appreciated the communication and reminders on my email, as well as Texts on my phone. There was a small bio on my technician, as he was driving over, it was sent to my phone. He was quite pleasant, and told us what was going to happen. Then he worked to replace the 2 garage doors at a constant pace. He made sure to tell us the parts he changed, and told us to call if we had any questions or concerns after he left. The new doors and automatic opener is so quiet! We are Very happy with the work.

The main spring on our garage door snapped suddenly on Saturday night. First thing Monday morning our technician Ryan D contacted us and told us that he was on his way. He examined our door and supporting parts thoroughly, walked me thru his findings, and gave us several options for repairing and replacing parts. Based on his explanation, we elected to go with the middle option - replace the broken spring, add a second spring to improve balance of the tension, replace worn bearings and cable hubs, and install new cables. He cleaned and lubricated all rollers, inspected the opener and adjusted the travel. After all the work was completed, he walked me thru recommended maintenace. The door is so quiet now, it's almost like brand new!

Three months ago one of my garage doors stopped working, then over the last week the other one did too. I was referred to Precision, and from the first call to when the job ended, every person was responsive and helpful. The team communicated through text, which was helpful and informative. Technician Nick Z. was thorough, thoughtful, and walked me through the diagnosis and possible solutions. Ultimately, I chose to replace basically everything but the actual doors. I didn't realize how old and dysfunctional the aging system was, but once Nick completed the install, I was shocked how much quieter, smoother and higher-functioning it is now. Spending money on a new garage door system isn't usually on the top of anyone's shopping list, but when you have to, I recommend Precision.
