We called Precision based on the tv commercials that said we could get same day service with a fully stocked van. We were very impressed with what we actually got, which was so much more. Our service employee, Teddy, went above and beyond to get an old, damaged door up and running smoothly again. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and persistent in working to solve all of the problems the door presented. I would definitely recommend Precision for quality craftsmanship and hard-working, knowledgeable employees.

Although I hadn't used Precision for garage door repair in the past, I felt comfortable calling them based on the volume of excellent reviews across numerous websites. Based on my experience, I can assure you that those reviews are accurate - Precision is legitimately that good! Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful, and they came out the very same day to estimate the damage. Repairman Eli was very personable and helpful, and provided options and suggestions that enabled me to make an informed decision on how to proceed. He completed the repair efficiently and effectively, and clearly took pride in his work. The entire process honestly couldn't have been easier. You folks met and exceeded my expectations for my recent service call request in April 2023.
