I called Precision Door Service after we had one of our torsion springs fail on our two car overhead garage door over the weekend. The repair was completed the next business day (Monday) to our satisfaction at a competitive price. I was able to leave work early and talk with our Precision technician (Stu Ellenberger) as he was finishing up. He noticed that we had some worn bearings as well and showed me the parts he removed - he was right, they were shot. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Stu is a real asset for your company and hopefully you are taking good care of him. We are very pleased with his work.
