I purchased mew garage doors from Precision 10 years ago and was very satisfied with their price and service. When one of the original 25 year old openers failed on a cold Feb. evening, I called them first thing the next morning. They had a service man out within a couple hours. William was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and neat in doing the new installation. He assisted with bringing our other opener up to code and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I might add, it was a very cold morning for working in an unheated garage.
