Very disappointed with follow up customer service. The tech came out to service an on going issue we have, which yet had not been resolved. (2nd time at our house). He called and said he didn’t see the problem, wanted to know what card we wanted to charge for call. Said was not informed that there would be a charge when we scheduled call. He said rudely, “gave a good day”, then hung up us. Problem still not resolved. Guess we just have to live with our mistake of using this company. We had spent a large amount of money with them already. Will not recommend.

Our issue was immediately addressed by the company. Person came out and fixed our problems within 1/2 hour. Percussion lived up to their 100% satisfaction guarante. We are very pleased with their work and service. Our garage door runs great!
