The technician was on time, very friendly & answered all of our questions. We did use a Val-Pac coupon (we are seniors so every penny counts) so $75.00 for an extra remote for our other vehicle was a bit of a shock. But the bottom line is that we are glad we hired Precision & would certainly recommend you to family & friends. Even the girl who answered the phone when I called the office was beyond friendly & so easy to talk to!

Tech. Daniel called to check if he could come earlier than my appointment time, and I can see why. Even with explaining how and what he was doing, he was in and out before I knew it. He was super professional and very thorough. Instead of being killed by a garage spring replacement accident; do yourself a favor and call a professional like him.. couldn’t be happier with my expireience...

Felt a lot of pressure from the technician to do an extra $400 worth of repairs. I kept repeating that I couldn't afford it at this time, and wished he would've listen the first time I said that, instead of going on and on about how important it was to do all these extra repairs. In a perfect world, if I had the money, I would've done it, but sometimes when things break, people Are lucky to be able to just fix the problem, and Not do all the extras.

A torsion spring broke on my garage door which was only 8 years old. I contacted the company that installed the door and they stated it would be a week before they could fix it. I contacted Precision Door and they said they could be out the same day and quoted me a price that was half the cost of the original installer who put the door up. I was happy with the work and the service man that replaced both springs knew what he was doing and did the job fast. Very pleased.
