Precision was recommended to me by a friend. I am so glad I called them. Their service tech, Jake, was efficient and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and why. He also provided an on-the-spot rough estimate for replacements I am considering. He followed this up with an estimate by email the same day. I hope all their techs are as proficient and competent. I called for a garage opener repair. Yes, it was apparent to me that Dan represented your company. Dan is a gentleman. The way the world is changing today, it was refreshing to have a true gentleman with impeccable manners come to my home. He demonstrated that he is a good teacher by answering all of my questions and educating me concerning the opener, the doors, and maintaining them both. Dan is an asset to your company.

Being an older person, I prefer paper work in hand etc, however, it was a learning experience and Jason was great. I give you a star 5 and will keep you on my list of those who can help an elderly lady. Garage door rollers plus a minor situation that I may have caused myself but not being a tecki, I just decided to pick up the phone.Thanks, Pat

Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. He did very good work and thorough inspection of the whole system. He made recommendations on what to upgrade but was not pushy with it. I would definitely recommend Precision and Josh.
