Kurt Schneider provided outstanding service to evaluate and repair our 3 garage door openers. One opener that was over 30 years old required replacement and the other 2 openers needed repair. Kurt explained what work was needed and then showed me the repairs and explained the operation of the new garage door opener when the work was completed. The repairs took only 2 hours. I would recommend Precision and Kurt to anyone who needs work performed on their garage doors.

I requested opener repair, and received an opener replacement. Tech was very direct, uncaring and non-customer driven. When he returned to repair the install he had just performed, his humanity changed for the better. When you price HIGH, customers expect HIGH quality! I think next time, I'll lean toward a more local company.

Did the online chat before I had them come out to get an idea of what the cost would be for a repair. Either the person I talked to had no idea what they were talking about or they neglected to mention what was all involved. Had a rough estimate of what the cost would be so I scheduled them to come out. Turns out my “rough” estimate of 150 turned out to be a 425 bill. The work done was great but the person I chatted with online really needs to be better versed in what is needed for repairs or say they can not give any kind or estimate until the tech arrives. And seriously $150 to adjust the tension on the springs?!?! At this time I would not recommend and point people to overhead door in Madison.
