Repaired broken hinge and replaced all door rollers... New rollers were the real answer, door now is so quiet all you hear is the opener motor. Precision did a great job and technician was awesome. Have used prior for door opener repair. Highly Recommend!!! Great Service!!

We live 3 hours away from our son's house where garage door needed to be repaired, so took a gamble and called Precision. Jake Roszina arrived and was very personable, informative and gave options and suggestions. He recommended a new door and explained why. He also noticed kids toys in the garage and suggested leaving the door down and not using it as it is unsafe. He gave us rough estimate for door delivery. As promised a call was received to give status and when they will call back to schedule install. Communication is key to me. I don't like to be left hanging after I purchase something,especially when I put down a good chunk of money (for me it was). Hope the installation is done properly, then we will be really happy.

Derrick was great. First he arrived on time. He checked out the entire door system before he installed the new door opener. Derrick made a couple of suggestions to improve the door operation and the closer life. At the end of the install, he explained all the functions of the closer and how to train the closer to accept my autos Home Link control. The installation looks great and works great. I am very pleased with my choice of equipment and installers.

My garage door spring had broken and would not open. Called Brain in the afternoon and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Rick B arrived as scheduled. He did an evaluation and gave recommendations. The work was completed in a timely fashion and now the garage door works like new. I would recommend precision for garage door issues.

Repaired remorse! We had a broken spring and ended up paying $433 for the repair!!! I felt pressured and scared into the repair. They applied the higher priced tactics of saying pay $700 to get it fixed properly so I don't have to come out again or this lower price of $433 to fix what is necessary. So, of course, I went for the lower fix of $433 feeling there was no other option plus I needed my door fixed to get to work. The $433 included a high-end spring for $179, which we didn't need, and replacing the 10 rollers for $190! That's $19 per roller! On Amazon, I can get all 10 rollers for under $19. I don't think the rollers even needed to be replaced, but I was told the rollers were the cause of the spring breaking and would break again if I didn't replace them. I admit it is partially my fault for not rejecting the repair because it was double the average price I read about, but I felt pressured and had to get to work. Don't get me wrong, the repair guy did a good job, but I can't help, but feel like I was taken advantage of.
