To begin with, I never thought we would get such fast service when my husband called your business to set up an appt. to fix our garage door. He called Friday afternoon. I thought we'd have to wait til Monday to get things fixed. I can't believe how fast our problem got solved by Colin H. First, he called at 7:45 said he was just leaving and should be at our house by 8:15. He got here at 8:13. I believe in punctuality. He got an A+++++ for that. He was very professional and very polite. He got things up and going in a short time. You are so lucky to have him as an employee. BTW I have seen your commercial on TV so often and that's how we came to call your business.

Very dissatisfied. When I called for appointment, I don't recall being told that the call is $69.95 plus a $15.00 gas charge. She said they would do a 25 point inspection. Give me an estimate before any work. I don't think he was here even 10 minutes and it .cost me $85.00, for him to tell me I need new rollers. I refused for the price. Really not happy. Can't answer service performed question because nothing was done. I had to answer below that it was a garage door repair so that I could submit comment buy there was no repair. Wouldn't even give it a 1 star.

Donna, Unfortunately with current fuel and maintenance costs, service companies cannot come to a home for free. I myself just had a heating and A/C company come to my home to look at my furnace. The charge for them just to show up to my door was $189 and they required a credit card on file before dispatching a technician. Our customer service representatives do quote our trip charge when booking the call as well as telling our customers that if any repairs are completed, the trip charge is waived. I did review the recording of your call, and the customer service rep did indeed inform you of the trip charge as well as the fact that it would be waived if any repairs were done. We try to offer options on repairs and keep them as affordable as possible while also making sure that they are safe and reliable. We truly do value your business as well as your feedback and hope that you will reconsider using us in the future.

Our garage door spring broke. Of course our car was inside the garage. Called several repair services, Precision was the only one who gave us same day service. Daniel was polite, was thorough in his explanation of his quote, and suggested replacement parts that were needed on our 30 yr old garage door besides the obvious broken spring. We were well satisfied with his work.

The service took about an hour and he went through everything when he was finished. My wife and I are very pleased with the service.

With a garage door stuck open, we were eager to have it repaired ASAP. While initially the next available technician time slot was a few days away, they had a cancellation and were able to fit us in...way up in West Bend. Once on site, they quickly assessed the situation and reviewed it with us, then offered three options -- fix only the immediately broken parts, replace the broken and worn parts, or replace most of the components (everything but the door and opener) with a lifetime guarantee. Once we decided on an option, the technician got right to work and was done in a few hours since he had all the parts needed with him. We were shown and then emailed the detailed and easy-to-read receipt. They processed the credit card on the spot. No watching an untrained guy bumbling with the technology -- he got it done fast and everything went smoothly.

I used the yellow pages and picked the advertisement that gave me the most information. The technician deserved a five-star rating. He explained the problem and the solution and was very polite. He worked quickly and the best part the awful beeping stopped because the backup motor was installed. He also gave an estimate and suggestions for the garage door that is 25 years old. I will look for a company that might be a little less expensive the next time. Don't put me on your mailing list. I don't accept junk mail.

Although the news was a new garage door and opener, the staff that came out did not blindly pre-judge the problem.. Other businesses just said on the phone that we need a whole new door. Well maybe, but maybe not. I appreciated that this business at least was wiling to see if that was necessary.

They sounded like a professional company when you call. But when the guy got here, rather than just fix it and then discuss upgrades, he tried to up sell me right away for another $800. Stupid expensive to "reset" the door. $165 for 20 minutes on site. Also, the coupons are a scam - he said it didn't matter the price was $150. Never again!

The gentleman came out to my house took a bunch of pictures, went through stuff and said he would email me a quote. When I got the quote in the email it said that I had to call in and ask for a quote on the labor. Isn't that what the estimate was supposed to be sent to me for? I shouldn't have to chase around to get a price. Very poor business ethics

Pricing was about where I would expect it to be for the services done and amount of parts that were fixed. Life time warranty on the new parts is solid.
