When I turned on my garage door light the area popped and the opener and light no longer worked. I didn't know what caused this so I had Precision come out on a Sunday. I was impressed a technician was able to come on a Sunday. The technician was very professional and discovered something happened to the electrical causing the issue, not the opener. Unfortunately i need an electrician. I was charged a very reasonable service fee and am very happy with the service I was provided. Precision had helped me in the past and also provided excellent service. Thank you for the wonderful employees you have!!

Chose Precision based on customer ratings on Website. My wife and I were very impressed with the at the home response time of less than two hours from time of initial contact. Service man was very courteous, knowledgeable, informative and considerate of cleanliness. In roughly an hour our spring was replaced and system reviewed for overall health. We were very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.
