Thanks for coming out and patiently explaining how to set the codes on the door pad! The instructions that came with the unit were abysmal, and the tech who came out gave me an excellent runthough of how to do it!

When the door control was replaced and the programming was done, Eric offered to rebalance the springs and gave me pricing. When he said it will take "about seven minutes", I figured it's time to just get out of the way because he probably knows what he's doing. Eric and Jake were great, the door sounds like new.

Saturday morning I went into the garage to go for a drive. I went to open the garage door and when I did, I was unable to open the door - broken spring. After several tries, Iknew I was in trouble. I did a quick search looking for some open to fix it. I knew I was in trouble as it was Labor Day Weekend. I discovered the ad from Precision that said that they would fix doors anything and that their was no extra charge for weekends.. I called them and like they said, no problem,we will be there today, and they were. They came when they promised and fixed my door that day. This is an exceptional company. I would use them again and will recommend them to anyone. Thanks Precision for taking such good care of me!

After an early SNAFU I got the garage door that I ordered. I contacted Precision in the middle of April of this year. The door was installed in late June. If it wasn't for Brandon (the installer) I would not have given a 5 star rating. Brandon saved it. He is very Good!

Precision Door called 15 minutes before arrival and was 15 minutes prior to scheduled window time frame. Explained my problem, technicians gave me suggestion and price, I approved, and work began. They told me 2 hours, and was completed within that time given. Asked questions about failure and suggestions to maintain and extend life of door, they spent the time to explain thoroughly. I would recommend this door company for your door needs. Excellent workmanship.

I cannot comment on the door and how operational it is yet, as the employee was here just today. He did tell me that my receipt and warranty info would be generated in an email straightaway, but there was nothing in my email except for a request to survey how well the employee did.
