Garage Door Opener Repair

I asked to have someone come out to fix our outside garage opener which is no longer functional, but he was unable to do that. Instead, he oiled the movable parts and serviced the engine, which were working fine. I don't mind his doing the inspection and oiling which I should have done yearly. But I would like someone to fix or replace our outside garage combination opener. Do you have someone who can do this? 312-663-3324;

Very happy with how it worked out. It was a very complicated situation to get the door to work, knowing that the garage is slightly out of square until we can get the garage structure corrected. We still need to be able to use the garage door. Mario worked very hard to get it to work with a number of complications occurring. he was patient but committed to figuring it out. I had to try multiple things to get it to work did not give up. I’m sure he will remember the project with the Sears garage that was delivered as a pile of lumber in 1953 a real do it yourself project I did research before I selected Precision because I knew it was a complicated situation and I just didn’t want it done. I wanted it done right and safely until we can get contractors to do all the concrete foundation work. Everybody thinks they can do something like this until they try

Hector refused to do anything because my husband told him that when it rained water leaked under the door. He told him the garage is crooked that the door is straight. My husband told him we never had water leak in with the wood door and he said it was because the door warped to fit the garage. Then he refused to address the problem of the rust around the nails and just said he was leaving and he left. Nothing done to fix either problem.

Was very disappointed with the service. The reps were very good and the installer was good but was told two weeks that I would have a garage installed. That the door was the simplest door I could get cause they already had them at the shop and would be able to get it in fast for me. 2 weeks later I called and was told "next week the door will be in" and that it would still be another week after that they would schedule an install. So a month+ after the initial break finally had a guy install the new door for me. I literally picked one that they said would be in stock without any frills or bells and wistles to get it in faster and both the initial techs and the installation tech said that the door i orderded is one that they always have in stock. The fact that there isnt even a shop number for me to get a hold of my shop and its all a swithboard of "theyll call you back sometime later" without anyone actually having the real information and not even being able to find me in the system. The only reason I gave two stars is because the actual staff at my house was good and pleasant to work with. The staff on the phone was rude and had no idea each time I called, what was going on.
