Colby was knowledgeable and courteous. He noticed some things about the installation of my garage door that were causing other problems I wasn't even aware of (unrelated to the original reason I called) that we were able to fix before a bigger problem happened. All in all a good experience. I would call Precision again for service.

Precision installed a new motor for our garage door, which was initially quite noisy. We were able to resolve the problem and now have a quiet garage door. They took very good care of us in a timely manner. I would recommend them.
