The spring on our garage door broke. Because Precision Garage Door had installed a new automatic door opener a couple of years ago and did a fantastic job we called them to replace the broken spring. Fortunately for us they were able to schedule the repair for the same day! Brian S. a super nice and talented technician provided us with superb service. The door works great. One of our garage doors failed in the open position during a freezing rain storm / power outage event. After verifying it was safe to do so, we had to remove the cables just to get the door closed. As soon as the weather cleared up, Precision's technician, Hunter, came out to do repairs. He replaced two damaged cables and got the whole system safety tested, spring retensioned and the door opener working again under warranty, no charge. I was very happy with the original install they performed and I am very happy with Precision's service for this incident. I highly recommend them for any garage door service.

My wife saw an ad on Groupon for your company, and although we didn't need a tuneup we did need a repair. Our garage door would not close or open properly. Joe Igla, our service technician was out the very next day. He called on the way and arrived on time. He explained several options for us to choose from on our repairs. We chose to have the garage door parts replaced and the springs, cables, bearings, and rollers replaced, surge protection, as well as added wi-fi enabled controls. Joe explained everything pre- and post-install and helped us set up the wi-fi on both our phones. We now are thrilled to have a lighter and much quieter garage door with more safety options and easy wi-fi controls. He was very nice, professional, wore booties when inside the home.
