We are very happy with Precision Door! From our initial consultation to the day our door was installed, everything was professional. Their staff are knowledgeable and attentive. The door choices are many, and they helped us choose the style and color that enhanced our home's style and features. We were quoted a price on the door we selected and given an installation date. We received a confirmation email a few days prior to the installation and on the set day, the installer called and let us know he was on his way. Everything went smoothly and we are very, very happy with the quality of our door and opener. This is a very professional business that we are happy to recommend.

Brian came out early which was good because my car was trapped inside. He gave me a few options as to pricing and guarantee and was also very polite and clean profesional in appearance. He told me the work would be done in about an hour or more but finished in under 45 minutes. I would definaty use you guys again but I hope I don't have to. Precision Garage Door has always been wonderful to deal with when my garage door has decided to not work. Curtis came out last weekend and worked really hard to get my garage door \ in working order again. This company always explains what the problem is and most importantly the cost of repairs and choices one has to solve the problem. He was very professional and fixed the door within an hour and stopped the scary noise it was making. Have used this company several times, and always very professional.

Chatted with them online, was able to set an appointment for the next day which was July 4th. Brandon showed called to say he on was his way and showed up on time. He was nice and explained everything. He gave me multiple options, but it was all upgrades cause my home is new and didn't need much. My maids had knocked the wire out, so that repair was minimal. I did take him up on new rollers cause they're quieter but I didn't need an entire upgrade. He installed it all, lubed everything and straightened it the track. A 75$ call out on a holiday and really can't complain. He drove to hillsboro all the way from Gladstone, so I thank him for that!
