Curtis Newbrough arrived on time, was very courteous, evaluated our unit and found it to be not worth putting any money into it. He explained several options and installed the opener and the required option components. Walked us through the operation and left us with a great working unit as well as a clean garage. I would recommend Precision to others.

Called at 9:15am on a Monday morning, was quoted an arrival between 10-12 the same day. Tech called when heading our way and arrived right on time. He quickly assessed our issue and gave us a price. He then proceeded to complete all the work in a short amount of time. I don't know if the price was comparable to others since we didn't shop around, but I was very satisfied with the friendliness and efficiency!

Very impressed with Precision! Had lots of availability for appointments. Technician arrived on time (Joe) and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked lots of questions and Joe took time to answer and explain everything I wanted to know. Garage door sounds like new!! Did not even sound that good when I bought the house 14 years ago. Replaced rollers, tightened and greased rest of hardware, replaced springs and replaced door opener. Very happy to have a keypad outside the door now. Great service and reasonable price. We had an issue with our garage door cables coming off track and the garage door getting stuck at 6am. I called at 11am, had someone at my house by 1pm, and had a new Garage door opener, springs, cables, rollers, etc installed by 5pm. Our new opener is so quiet I didn't even know he was testing it! Bo was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.
