Excellent Service and Communication Jacob arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, offered 3 options of repairs and the door was like new in 90 minutes. Side note - I had the door springs replaced 5 years ago by a different company. The springs that were installed were the wrong size - way too small - which created a large part of the damage. Thankfully Jacob from Precision fixed the door properly.

My Service Tech, Brandon Brown, did a great job of assessing my door and some loud sounds that I heard when it went up and down. Brandon was also very efficient in muting the sounds, making some changes and lubricating the rails. I am pleased with all of it, including his comments and explanations.

Great service! The two-person crew (Hunter and Scott) arrived right on time. After an inspection, they showed me that the operation of our garage door was affected by several components that were no longer functioning as well as they were when new. (Our garage door is between ten and fifteen years old.). They suggested that we could wait until those components failed before replacing them. We elected to have those components replaced. Our garage door now operates very smoothly. Hunter and Scott did not waste time. They were knowledgeable, communicated well, and did not try to push us into buying parts or service that we had not initially requested (replacing springs). In addition, each of them was very personable and easy to work with. My summary would be, well done! An easy 5-star rating.

Brandon Brown from Precision was on time and completed an assessment of the door that had a broken spring. Our doors are wood and 40 years old. Brandon ultimately replaced the spring and completed maintenance and alignment. Also, we selected a new set of doors and were provided with a detailed estimate for the removal and installation. Brandon was great to work with and our plan is to get back to him in the next few days to get the process started for replacing the existing doors.
