I was very pleased I was able to get a next-day appointment when my garage door stopped working. Steven and James arrived promptly and explained that they would assess the issues and inform me of their findings before proceeding with any work. I appreciated their professional attitude and knowledge. Their explanation was complete and understandable by this 76-year old lady. The repairs were made with my approval and the issues were resolved. I asked for an estimate of possible future replacement of the unit and it was complete and no pressure was made to force me to make a hasty decision which I appreciate. I would certainly recommend Precision as well as Steven and James for any future service needs. Their knowledge and professionalism were first rate.

Not only did they show up on time, Branden Brown, was incredibly helpful in describing the problem, he explained in detail what the options were to solve the problem. I purchased my garage door several years ago through my daughter who use to work for Precision Door. The service was excellent, Brad was very helpful. He explained the problem, actually showed me how to resolve it should happened again. We discussed New doors verses Replacement parts. He advised me none were needed at this time and suggested additional maintenance if my problem occurred again. Best service call I’ve every had and cost was reasonable.
