Mike examined the door mechanism beyond just the broken spring and offered choices ranging from correcting our spring related issues to complete overhaul to extend the life of the door mechanism. He worked quickly replacing the spring and other parts some of which were functional but showing obvious signs of wear. We had discovered the broken spring on returning to the house on Saturday evening. The door was fully functional by noon on Sunday at no extra charge for a weekend call out.

Tim Parguin, technition could not have been my re helpful. He diagnosed our garage door problems. He said our doors are about 25-30 years old and are nearing their useful life. He said he could fix the one motor and buy a little more time for total replacement. He said costs for new doors are at a all time high. Thus we had him fix the motor and we would plan on replacement the first of the year. Thanks Tim

Fantastic Service! My son discovered the broken garage door spring at 2:00 AM last night when he came home. This morning at 10:30 AM I got on-line to get an estimate and request service. By noon, Shane was here, did the inspection, and replaced the spring in less than 30 minutes! It's great when someone knows what they are doing. To top it all off, this happened on an Easter Sunday!
