I do not often take the time to write a review to a company. However, I want you to know I was very pleased with your technician's knowledge and how calm and professional he approached our problem. Pen Corbin evaluated why our old garage door opener was not working and quoted me several prices for fixing the door. In addition, he asked me how long we intended on living in the home which surprised me as a consumer. Pen was authentic and cared about our needs. He quoted us a fair price and we agreed. He did an outstanding job and finished as he promised. My wife and I can be assured that our garage door will work properly in the future!
