Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

We greatly appreciated the weekend availability and 24/7 phone scheduling. The door malfunction late on Saturday evening (9:30pm) and the service technician (Steve) was at our home by around 8am on Sunday morning. He was great - assessed the issue, replaced the spring and rollers, and lubricated the whole for system within a couple of hours. Thank you!

I called Precision Garage Door around 3:00 p.m. and was told we could have someone come out that same day between 5-7 p.m. Our technician, Andrew, arrived at our house at 5:00 p.m. and was gone before 6:00 p.m. Our door is now working properly and has been "tuned up". Wonderful customer service! We also asked for a quote on a new garage door, which was promptly delivered via e-mail. I would highly recommend this company.
