Colby helped me today and I couldn't be more impressed! His customer service was over the top and he was so nice! I would definitely recommend precision garage door to anyone! Luke (who repaired a different issue a year ago) was great - from arriving exactly on time, to going over his review of findings, giving choices of options, and to the actual installation of a new motor. Service Tech Andrew Morgan First I called at 10am and the technician was here by 12. Andrew came out diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener detailed what needed to be repaired and the cost. All work was completed within 2 hours. He very professional and friendly.
