My 31 year old garage door gave out on a Saturday. Went to the Precision web sight and used the 24 hr/7day appointment scheduler. Took 5 minutes total time; 2 days out. Simple, responsive and quick system. Scott notified in route prior to scheduled time. He quickly defined the primary failure and outlined 3 options with pricing to fix my door. Scott was very focused and efficient throughout. He estimated 90 minutes and hit his mark. Professional, personable and efficient. Highly recommend based on my experience with the front end scheduling, onsite communication and technical work performed.
