I called to get a quote to fix my broken garage door spring. The repairman was at my house within an hour and had quoted me the repair and fixed my broken spring within another hour. It was faster than I expected and my door works great now. The only reason for 4 stars is the price. All said, it was just over $550 for new springs and bearings. While I could have purchased the materials for $100 and did the work myself, it wouldn't have came with a 5 year warranty and it would have taken me a week or two to get the parts and perform the work. In the end, I have a repaired, warrantied, garage door that works within 2 hours of the call. I would recommend them in the future.

Very pleased with the quick response and great service. Within minutes of filling out an on-line form, I received a call to set up and appointment first thing the next morning for a garage door that had come off track and stuck partially open. A technician arrived first thing in the morning and was very professional and informative. I appreciated the fact that I had a few different options to choose from for my repair needs.
