I’m very pleased with the prompt service from Precision Garage door. The technician called and gave me a time frame when he would arrive. Brandon explained in detail how he was going to repair the door. He also gave information on how we can maintain it ourselves for future performance. I was very pleased with the service! First, that they were able to get someone out so quickly, I think in about 2 hours; and Jacob did a great job fixing the problem and making sure it won’t come loose again. He was great about explaining what was going on with it and what to keep an eye out for in the future. When I mentioned I was going to change a light bulb on my garage ceiling while he was working, he offered to do it for me so I wouldn’t need to climb up a ladder. Above and beyond! Thank you!

We had our garage door serviced last Friday by David. He was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and got the job done. He explained several options to rectify our problem and worked with us on choosing the one that best suited our needs, without any pressure on which route we chose. He was an excellent employee and I would hire your company again because of him and his expertise. The "door" works better than it ever has. And even the timing for the appointment with the lead phone call that he was on his way was greatly appreciated. Thank you for great work.

They did a wonderful job. They were very polite and answered all questions. They had to work around moving boxes and everything works wonderful. I've never had such a quiet garage door. The key pad is great and my car now has a garage opener too besides the two new openers. I couldn't be happier.
