The person who came was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I did not know basic things how to enable the door after it is disabled or how to set up a remote and they helped with everything. Furthermore, finding out that my problem was simple they did not charge anything—recorded it a free door replacement estimate visit. Will definitely use those service I'm a future.

My old garage door wouldn’t open or close anymore and they sent out Joey to asses what was wrong with it. He answered all my questions and got a new motor installed quickly. He walked me through getting a new garage door as well and what features and parts I needed. I felt like I knew exactly what I was getting and didn’t feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. The next day T.J. came out to install the new garage door. I was so happy that I didn’t have to wait but just a day to get the door installed. T.J. Worked quickly to get the new door up and functioning. He walked me through all I needed to know about the new garage door and pointed out some structural issues of my garage that may be of concern. My overall experience was wonderful! Both employees were nice and personable. I also like how the company sends out pictures and info about their employees before they show up to your home. That made me feel so much more comfortable with the employee.

The customer service, communication and QUALITY of this company is extraordinary. First - the jingle you hear when you call the toll free number. Absolutely amazing. It was catchy and upbeat, LOVED IT. After a short wait (and this was after 5:30pm) Tony greeted me warmly and was very professional as he quickly got me scheduled for the next morning for service. I got text updates with the appointment times, and then letting me know who my technician was when he was enroute to my home. WITH A SHORT BIO FOR THE TECH! How fun! Tyler was very professional and explained all my options very clearly. Will certainly do business with Precision again.

TJ came and satisfied all of my original requests including an assessment of my system health, door, etc. He recommended running my very old opener "until it dies". When I pushed for a new opener, compatible with more parts and with additional features he mentioned the models of opener that they normally install. Both models have good reputations. He also gave me a detailed description of all the work he did!

One of the springs broke and our car was in the garage! Called Precision and, they sent out their technician, Joey Albers. They sent a text message with Joe's picture and description (great service with all the scams going on) that he was on his way. Joey also phoned when he was about 20 minutes from arriving. When Joey arrived, he introduced himself and, immediately started explaining his service process in a very professional and understandable manor. He then examined the door very methodically and explained several issues he observed with the broken spring, cables, guides, drums, etc. He quickly explained the great amount of tension and energy the equipment was under the reasons for his concerns in an understandable way. Joey then entered his recommendations in his tablet and presented three detailed repair estimates. Being retired and having limited income, I chose to have Joey repair the immediate issues knowing I can have him return at a later date for the more extensive maintenance issues. Joey came prepared with all of the necessary parts he needed. He completed the repairs quoted in a very timely manner and cleaned up his work area, removing all the items replaced and put all in his truck. I watched Joey working(I retired from working construction for 45 years) and noted he uses proper tools and is very concerned with safety and, "doing the job right!" His knowledge of his work is second to none. I believe that Precision Door Service made an excellent decision in making Joey Albers an employee and they should continue to develop him to his full potential!

Precision Door Your folks were courteous, and the final products (door springs) were installed and solved the problems However, For a company that advertises quick service the job took more than month. Project 36997355 Estimate number(s) 36996523 Invoice Date 10/25/2023 Completed Date Communications was poor: Your company used the wrong phone number when responding. The correct phone number was on file with the secretary (confirmed). When I called with concerns, the response was that I did not answer answer the phone or call back. (implication... customer problem) Several Miscommunications regarding the status us of the parts leading to false expectations on project completion. No one seemed concerned during the process
