I was pleased that Precision was able to show up on the day that I called. Also pleased that there was no extra charge for a weekend. Not too please about the $65.00 service call. I think the $65.00 service call should be deducted from the total bill if the customer agrees to go with the recommended work. This is how most repair businesses do business. Time will tell if the higher cost for a better torsion spring will justify the total bill.
