From the moment I called, I was impressed with the professionalism of the company. The email I received confirming the appointment was wonderful. Not only did I know the name of the technician, but there was a picture and biography. Greg Valade arrived when he said he would. He showed me the things that were wrong, the options I had, and completed the work in a timely manner. I had a a garage door rebuild and I now feel confident that I will not be having trouble with it anytime soon. Everyone I have had contact with was wonderful. I would highly recommend Precision.
