I was very much impressed and overwhelmed by the work and professionalism, conducted by John the Technician. He was very knowledgeable and precise with the repairs needed and completed the job accurately and expeditiously. Please if ever I may happen to have another issue in needing repairs to my garage doors, I would 100% request John, if not the top tech. He HAS to be one of your Top Techs. Excellent job and a Superb young man that exemplifies professionalism!

Came out when promised, went over door problems, offered some advice/ideas (which I went with) and all work performed in a very timely manner. Had the springs replaced along with rollers, cables, other hardware, etc. Technician was very thorough and seemed to enjoy what he was doing for a living! You should update your review site. Should be able to include all the items actually purchased in the "Purchase a new Product?" and "Service Performed" areas of review. I would give, based upon today's service, a 5 star rating.
