We needed anew garage door opener I looked online read the reviews decided to go with precision.the 2 guys came we discussed our wants in opener and in a 1 hour or so we had a new top of the line opener. I even called back 5 minutes after they left I couldn’t get door to go Down. They turned around came right back . When pulling up the door went down. It was the sensor user error they were so nice about it. Highly recommend they come out within 24 hours .price service was fantastic.

I was very impressed with their professionalism! Making the appointment was very easy and Keith called twice the day he was coming to keep me updated as to what time he’d be at my house. He evaluated the problem, offered two solutions, was able to fix our existing garage door opener, and installed new springs same day. He was very efficient and great to work with!
