Disappointed with how the person that took my request. Price was not represented well. When the tech came the price was much more than what I was lead to believe. The tech was very good. I probably would not recommend to others.

Garage door trolley limit switch broke. Door would crash into trolley motor. I called precision Wednesday and a technician arrived later the same day, saw the problem and said he be back Friday with a replacement installed and that is what he did.

The technician begun by makin an inspection of the door and made certain recommendations. Then, proceed to replace the broken springs. It was quick fix because the tech was evidently knowledgeable and professional.

I am still trying to figure out how he was able to work my garage door free in order to replace a cable that had snapped!!!
