I was happy with response time and service. Came home later this afternoon and the garage door did the same thing. Had to manually close it, light would not go out and had an error code of 11 saying something blocking the sensors, or wire touching. Neither was the case. But the door reset itself, no more error code. I'm confused. Back-up battery doesn't seem to be working either.
