Ryan came to my home to inspect the garage door which was not closing properly. He soon discovered there was one of the panels that was cracked in the middle and that was preventing the door from closing. He gave us various alternatives but at the end we decided to go with a new door. The installation will be occurring this Thursday May 18.

Technician was quick , professional and efficient. His communication was great as he was detained and called to apologize for the inconvenience and give an update on arrival time. On the down side , we used your service for same issue in June of 2014 and were extremely disappointed to find out the exact same garage spring went up $100 in cost in less than a year and a half ??? With the CPI flat for the last few years that is extreme. I am sorry I did not shop around for this service
