It took approximately 45 minutes for inspection, installation and clean up. Replace tension spring cables, installed better quality pulleys, tighten door opener belt, and added a safety bar to make sure our oversized door doesn't collapse on a person or vehicle should something fail. “Precision Door Service originally installed our garage doors 14 years ago so we called them when spring broke. Scott arrived the same day within specified time period. Scott was very knowledgeable and respectful performed a thorough examination/evaluation, patiently answered all questions. Afterwards reviewed options and prices. Replaced the broken spring and the 2 other 14 year old springs as well as rollers and 2 cracking hinges. Readjusted garage doors, left the work area clean and removed all of the old parts.
