It was great to have a serviceman to come out to do a repair on a Saturday morning. We would have been stuck and would not been able to do the things we had to do that day. The serviceman was on time and found what was broke and got the parts he needed and within less than hour had us up and ready to get the door up and Fixed, GOOD JOB JOHN.

There are many garage door repair options on the internet but I'm glad I chose this one. My repairman, Adam, gave me a half hour call ahead earlier than expected and when he arrived made a quick assessment of the situation and proceeded to do a very competent job in fixing the spring mechanism - and on a Saturday! 100% satisfied and didn't have to spoil my weekend!

I made an emergency appointment online the night before on a holiday and they scheduled me for service for less than 24 hours. The technician arrived late due to unexpected circumstances from your office. I had to call and check on the status of the late arrival - it would have been nice if Precision had called me and told me the circumstances, which after I found out was completely understandable. We got an estimate for our garage and I appreciate Precision informing us that we need to have some structure repair done before they could perform any work replacing springs, nuts, bolts, etc.
